PRODUCT NAME

TOTAPURI MANGO PULP IN CAN 3.1KGS NETT, SINGLE STRENGTH

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

Mango Pulp is prepared from sound, properly ripened Totapuri Mango fruit (MangiferaIndica). The puree is filter finished at 0.5mm. The product is prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in accordance with current good manufactured practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure good product definitions. Citric acid (E330) and ascorbic acid (E300) are added to regulate the pH.

ORGANOLEPTIC :

Color/Appearance/Texture :

Bright yellow to golden yellow, uniformly homogeneous. Free from impurities and foreign materials.

Odor/Taste/Aroma :

Characteristic natural ripe Totapuri mango variety, free from off-flavor and off-taste
